Marcelli Firewood takes great care to provide seasoned, high-quality firewood that is properly stored and handled to minimize the presence of insects or pests. However, because firewood is a natural product, we cannot guarantee that all wood will be free from termites, ants, beetles, or other pests.

By purchasing or accepting delivery of firewood from Marcelli Firewood, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Natural Product Acknowledgment – Firewood may naturally contain insects or other organic matter that are part of the wood’s ecosystem.

2. Storage Responsibility – Once delivered or picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for the proper storage and handling of the firewood. Firewood should be stored outdoors and away from structures to prevent the potential transfer of pests to homes, garages, or buildings.

3. Waiver of Liability – Marcelli Firewood shall not be held liable for any pest-related issues, damage, infestation, or treatment costs that may arise after delivery or pickup of firewood.

4. Customer Acknowledgment – By accepting the firewood, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this waiver and agree to hold Marcelli Firewood harmless from any claims related to termites, insects, or other pests.
